Refunds & Returns

At SmartCeuticals™, your health and wellness are our first priority and your satisfaction is guaranteed. We are so confident in the benefits of Boscumin that we make our refunds process easy and hassle-free.

For your first order of Boscumin, we will provide a full refund of your purchase price, within 60-days of your purchase.

1. If you are dissatisfied in any way we ask that you first reach out to us at help@boscumin.com so that we can see if we can assist. Otherwise, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for proper processing. Please include your order number or the email address associated with your account.
2. Simply return the used, partially used, or unused bottle along with the RMA number to receive a full refund, less shipping and handling fees (if applicable) to the address below. Please keep the tracking number for the return package to ensure it has been received by our warehouse. We cannot be held liable for lost packages.

The policy is covered by the following terms and limitations:

You must return the product (opened or unopened) in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Any products that are refused or “Returned to Sender” will be subject to a 25% shipping and processing charge.

Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the purchase price less original shipping and handling fees (if applicable). We will notify you once your return has been received and we have issued your refund. In all cases, refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days after we have processed the refund for your bank to credit your account.
